My name is Austin Cate, and I will be attending Belleview High School next year in the class of 2027. Because I’m a genuine fan of the game of football, my dream is to build a sports training academy with my family. This 2022 winter officially begins my entry into the college football recruiting world, and I’m very excited to make my introduction. Here are my relevant details: Scholastic: 3.67 GPA; 2023 offseason training plan: Improve flexibility, improve footwork, improve nutrition; film study - defensive schematics and tendency basics; Winter 7v7 and flag leagues; Attend several camps including Elite 11. I understand that elite discipline is required to become an elite athlete. I have a clear plan of action to improve my game over the next several years, both physically and mentally, and I’m blessed with outstanding family support. AUSTIN CATE: Very good size for a 2027 Dual Threat at 6'0" 165 lbs. He's a tall presence in the pocket. A strong running QB who takes on would-be tacklers. Plays well above the level of competition. This QB has raw talent. With additional training while fine tuning his skills, his potential is way up there. An athletic player who can punish a defense in so many ways. He can hurt you with his arm or legs. Throws are made in-line with his receivers. He'll be able to up his accuracy with more consitency in his throws. Can work to get his feet planted prior to delivery. Austin's throwing motion comes from many different angles. A legit dual threat who can run over defenders or create separation with beakaway speed. With more game experience, he'll continue to work through his progressions. Very decisive delivery, wasting very little time getting the ball off. Can work to add a tighter trajectory of throws made at longer distances. STRENGTHS: (SIze, Athleticism, On The Go, Confidence)
