Ben has excellent size for a 2026 Pro Style QB at 6'3" 205 lbs. He’s a quick hitting QB who gets the ball out in a hurry. He uses the entire field with good vision. A strong throwing QB who can hit in all areas of the field.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers, displaying very good accuracy. Sharp precision throws made at short and intermediate range. Threw fora 60% completion rate this past season.
ARM STRENGTH:
He's a strong throwing QB, dropping bombs throughout the field. Throws made with a tight rotational spin. High velocity throws that pierce a defense.
RELEASE:
Ben delivers the ball with a fully extended arm extension, picking up momentum upon release. High release point. A consistent throwing motion adding to his accuracy.
THROW ON RUN:
Most comfortable as a pocket passer. Will continue to work on his speed and quickness as he develops as a QB. Strong forward momentum on his throws, as he zones in on his target.
FOOTWORK:
Does a nice job setting up in the pocket. Can add extra depth on his dropbacks, creating added space for himself.
POISE:
Picks up on incoming pressure, getting the ball in a hurry. He’s a confident QB who not afraid to take chances downfield.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Ben requires minimal time picking up on his initial reads. Very good patience as he waits for his receivers breaks.
DECISION MAKING:
Does a nice job working through his progressions, from primary to secondary outlets. Very aggressive with his throws, making them within tight coverage.
TOUCH:
Able to adjust the velocity of his delivery, adding for a softer release. Tight trajectory of throws made at long range.
