(Speed Update: On 4-1-23 I ran the 5-10-5 Shuttle at Rivals in 4.27) On August 13, 2022 was ranked #1 in NC and #62 in US by QB Hitlist (2026 QB’s). My first media recognition was in 8th grade (November 2021). I was included in an article & tweet by Prep Redzone as a 2026 QB Prospect to watch. In that 8th grade season, I was awarded All-Conference Quarterback, Offensive Player of the Year and Team Captain. I averaged 1TD+ every quarter, throughout both the season and postseason. In ‘22 & ‘23 was awarded a QB invite to the FBU Top Gun National Showcase; ‘22 awarded invite to FBU Futures Showcase-FBU’s Top 1%; invite to compete in the All-American Challenge; and an invite to compete at Camp Impact (QB) at the Dallas Cowboys stadium. I am excited to be on both our JV and Varsity Football team as a Freshman. In July 2022, I received my NCAA Eligibility Number (2207600896) and received a 247sports profile by an Auburn sportswriter: In May 2022, I was ranked #1 in Focus Speed in the US by Ryzer TAP for 2026 QB’s. Wing span is 6’3”, hands are 9.5”, I’ve been working with private QB coaches for 4 years. 2 of them have trained Will Grier and Sam Hartman. They have taught me the tremendous advantages of studying HUDL game film and how to identify the weaknesses of my opponents. My dad was raised by a Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant & raises me the same way. I have a 4.13 grade point average and was part of the Duke TIP Program. I study computer engineering. I enjoy spending time with my Youth Group at church, and with Alongside Families, a charity my family helped start which helps homeless mothers and their children. The fear of someone else working harder than me at QB motivates me every day. I am never late & always at the front of the room, with full eye contact toward the person speaking. Choosing the right leader is very important. If you put your faith in me, I will NOT let you down. I lead by example.

Scouting Report

Bennett has good size for a 2026 Pro Style QB at 6'1" 155 lbs. This QB can hurt you in many different ways. He works well within the pocket with good mobility. Never gives up on a play, seeking out big plays downfield. A high release point adding lift to his delivery.
When given the time and space his throws are right on the mark. Capable of leading his receivers with good anticipation. Can work to increase his accuracy with added consistency.
A strong throwing QB who can make all throws required of him. His short and intermediate throws include high velocity, getting to his receivers in a hurry. Very good vertical passing game, capable to extend the field over coverage.
Does a nice job getting to the outside of the pocket as he remains focused downfield for potential targets. His throws include strong forward momentum as he fires the ball in the direction of his intended receiver.
He works well around the backfield with good mobility and agility. Not classified as a Dual Threat but can take the ball in when needed.
He displays good control of his offensive unit. Confident in his abilities as a QB, not afraid to be aggressive with his throws.
Good patience in the backfield, able to sit back and wait for the play to develop. He shows good awareness of the space around him.
An intelligent QB who makes the right call based on defensive coverage. Able to work through his receiver options, processing the information quickly.
His throws include a soft touch and solid trajectory. Making the right adjustments to his velocity depending on the passing situation.
