SIZE:
Brady has good size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 5'11" 175 lbs. He works the entire backfield, creating added space for himself. Works out of a spread formation as a quick hitting QB. Displays good vision as he surveys the field for big play opportunities. Delivers the ball with a high release point.
ACCURACY:
When he sets up for delivery, he’s right on the mark. Good anticipation of his receivers routes. Adds to hsi accuracy while setting up properly in the pocket. Threw for a 65% completion rate this past season.
ARM STRENGTH:
He's able to reach all areas of the field. High velocity throws made at short and intermediate range. Has improved on tightening up on trajectory at longer distances.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery along with arm motion that’s fully extended. His release point is raised above, giving his throws extra lift. Solid footwork prior to set up which adds to his accuracy.
THROW ON RUN:
He's able to get outside the pocket with fluid movement. Displays good vision while following his receivers routes. Solid body rotation and feet placement prior to delivery.
FOOTWORK:
Very good movement in either direction in the backfield. Displays good agility as he works to avoid traffic while creating space for himself. Can work to add speed and quickness to his game.
POISE:
Shows good patience as he waits for the play to develop. With more game experience, Brady will continue to gain more confidence in his abilities as a QB.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good awareness of defensive pressure and well as the space around him. Delivers the ball with a tall platform.
DECISION MAKING:
He a quick hitting QB, who wastes very little time connected with his target. Will continue to improve on going through his progressions with more game experience.
TOUCH:
This is an area of skill for Brady, he does a nice job added a soft touch to his passes made at the intermediate and long range.
