SIZE:
Brady has excellent size for a 2026 Pro Style QB at 6’5” 180 lbs. He has all the tools to become an elite QB. A tall presence in the pocket, able to oversee the entire field. A long stride runner who picks up chunks of yardage. A fully extended delivery with a high release point.
ACCURACY:
Displays sharp precision passing at the short and intermediate range with good trajectory on the deeper routes. Remains consistent while on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
Brady has plenty of arm strength, able to hit in all areas of the field. High velocity throws are made at short range and he can air it out at longer distances. Dangerous vertical passing game, extending the field.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. He’s able to work through his arm motion in a hurry, allowing for a quicker release when needed. A high release point, adding lift to his throws.
THROW ON RUN:
For a QB of his size, Brady shows good mobility getting to the outside. He’s able to reach all areas of the field with his arm strength. Squares up as he delivers a strilke toward his intended target.
FOOTWORK:
An athletic QB who displays good mobility and agility. A long stride runner who can get across the field quickly.
POISE:
Brady controls the pace of the game with his ability to put drives together. Good awareness of the space around him, able to maneuver through traffic.
POCKET PRESENCE:
A tall platform, seeking out receiver options with good vision.
Picks up on pressure while moving laterally in either direction.
DECISION MAKING:
Capable of working through his progressions. A quick hitting QB who’s very decisive with his throws.
TOUCH:
This is an area in which Brady excels. He’s got a sweet touch pass that gets over the top with just enough air. Nice job making the proper adjustments to the velocity of his throws.
