SIZE:
Brady has excellent size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 200 lbs. Plays above the level of his competition. He’s a very athletic QB who also plays baseball. A playmaker on the field who can do just about anything on the field. Very dangerous while on the go, capable of big plays in the air and on the ground.
ACCURACY:
Brady's able to get the ball to his receivers with good anticipation and timing. His throws are made in-line with his receivers. Good ball placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
This is an area of strength. His throws at short and intermediate range includes high velocity, reaching his receivers in a hurry. Solid vertical passing game.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. He gets that ball way up high on its release.
THROW ON RUN:
Very impressed with his ability to make plays while on the run. An athletic QB who displays good speed and quickness getting to the outside.
FOOTWORK:
This QB likes to mix things up, not your typical pocket passer. He shows good lateral movement, using the entire field. A strong running QB with good speed and toughness. Very agile within the backfield.
POISE:
Very competitive on the field with strong leadership. Displays good patience in the pocket, waiting for the play to fully develop.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Brady does a nice job picking up the defensive pressure, working within traffic as he seeks out open spaces. He shows good vision downfield while in the pocket.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB who’s capable of working through his progressions.
TOUCH:
He able to take something off his throws by adding a softer release in certain passing situations.
