Scouting Report

SIZE:
Brady has good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 5’10” 185 lbs. Stands tall in the pocket with good vision downfield. Throws the ball at a high release point.
ACCURACY:
His throws are on target to his receivers, showing good timing and anticipation of their routes. Good ball placement, allowing for his receivers to make a play on it. Does a nice job with feet placement while setting up.
ARM STRENGTH:
He displays good velocity at the short and intermediate range. Tight trajectory on his throws at long range.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery, adding height to his throws with a high release point. He displays good throwing mechanics as well as consistency on his delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
Most comfortable as a pocket passer but can also get to the outside when needed. Brady's able to get to the outside while maintaining his focus downfield. Does a nice job rotating his body as he works to line up with his target.
FOOTWORK:
Displays solid footwork on his drop backs and set ups. Good agility within the backfield. Will need to work to improve on his speed and quickness while moving laterally.
POISE:
Shows confidence in his ability to lead his team downfield. Good patience in the pocket as he waits for a play to develop.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very comfortable in the backfield, able to survey the field for potential targets while being aware of defensive pressure.
DECISION MAKING:
He does a nice job on his initial reads. Making decisive throws to his primary targets.
TOUCH:
Brady does a nice job creating a softer release at the short and intermediate range. Allows for minimal air underneath the ball on deep passes.
