SIZE:
Brandon has good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 6’0” 185 lbs. He continues to improve after every rep. A hard working QB who'll do whatever it takes to help his team win. An elusive QB who works well around defenders.
ACCURACY:
Much improved from last year because of his work ethic this off-season. His throws are made in-line with his receivers, showing good anticipation of the routes along with proper ball placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
Throws made with high velocity, getting the ball to his receivers in a hurry. Demonstrates the ability to extend the field with his vertical passing game.
THROW ON RUN:
Brandon's an athletic QB who displays good quickness getting to the outside. He works well through his rotation as he squares up with his target.
FOOTWORK:
Does a nice job getting his feet in the proper positioning prior to release. He’s a Dual Threat QB who demonstrates bursts of speed through the secondary. Very good spacing and balance while in his drop backs.
POISE:
Good awareness of incoming pressure, able to work within the space around him. He’s a confident QB with well above average attributes.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Displays good agility within the pocket, able to step up or move laterally when space is limited. I would like to see him stay in the pocket longer as he waits for the play to develop.
DECISION MAKING:
With more game experience, Brandon will continue to improve on his ability to work through his progressions.
TOUCH:
A strong throws QB who can work to create a softer release when needed.
