Caleb has good size for a 2022 Pro Style QB at 6’1” 190 lbs. Sets up in a hurry with quick reads. Plays the game with a controlled aggressiveness, attacking the defense at every level.
ACCURACY:
Caleb can get the ball to any location with aggressive throws that are made with sharp precision. Able to maintain his accuracy whether its in the pocket or on a roll out. The key to his accuracy comes from his sound throwing mechanics along with consistency.
ARM STRENGTH:
His arm strength is never a question. He fires lasers into the defensive while extending the field with bombs thrown downfield. Never losing the accuracy of his throws.An over the top delivery that comes across quickly with continued acceleration upon release. He does an excellent job getting set up and firing a dart in all areas of the field.
THROW ON RUN:
Caleb's a pure pocket passer who displays excellent mobility getting to the outside and setting up. He shows very good vision downfield as he locks in with a receiver.
FOOTWORK:
A very athletic QB who can escape pressure while still remaining focused of his receivers downfield.
POISE:
He’s a very confident QB who’s skilled at every level. In control of the offensive unit as he leads them downfield. Very comfortable within the pocket, showing patience and poise.
POCKET PRESENCE:
He does a great job picking up on defensive pressure, able to step up and move across laterally.
DECISION MAKING:
He’s very skilled at reading defensive coverages and taking advantage of weaknesses. Very decisive with his throws, leaving the defenses little time to react.
TOUCH:
His throws include tight trajectory on the deep ball along with a soft release when needed at the short and intermediate range.
