SIZE:
Camden has good size for a 2022 Pro Style QB at 6'1" 175 lbs. He throws with a high release point, giving the ball adding lift. Sits in the pocket with a tall platform, able to see the entire field.
ACCURACY:
Has a consistent throwing motion, allowing for minimal deviation. Throws are made in-line with his receivers with a tight spiral. Good timing and anticipation of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
Displays good arm strength on his short and intermediate throws. A very quick release off the hand which allows for added velocity.
RELEASE:
Very good throwing mechanics which is consistent and fluid. An over the top delivery with three quarter extension. A compact arm motion allowing for a quicker release.
THROW ON RUN:
Camden displays good lateral movement from side to side. Good acceleration upon release, tight body rotation. An area he'll continue to work hard at, improving to his speed and quickness. He'll be running track this spring.
FOOTWORK:
A longer stride QB who can get from place to place in a hurry. He shows solid footwork on his dropbacks, with good spacing.
POISE:
Camden shows good patience in the pocket as he waits for his receivers' breaks.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good feel for the space around him. He’s able to keep his focus while in play mode.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB who's able to pick up on his defensive reads. A quick thinking QB who can asses the situation, while seeking out high percentage opportunities downfield.
TOUCH:
He does a nice job adjusting the velocity of his throws, creating a softer delivery when needed.
