SIZE:
Camren has excellent size for a Dual Threat QB at 6’3” 193 lbs. He stands in the pocket with a tall platform, able to survey the entire field. A tall and lengthy QB who’ll continue to add bulk to his frame. High release point giving him added height to his throws.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers, showing precision passes made at the short and intermediate range. Good anticipation and timing with his receivers. Gets the ball to his receivers with good ball placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
Camren has advantage of size with extended arm motion for longer throws. This adds to his vertical passing game. Would like to see increased rotation and spin to the ball, adding velocity to his throws.
RELEASE:
Throws with a classic over the top delivery with a high release point. Good footwork on his dropbacks and setups.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who’s able to get to the outside with fluid movement. He shows good forward momentum upon delivery as he delivers the ball toward his intended target.
FOOTWORK:
A long stride running QB, able to pick up yards in a hurry. Will continue to add speed and quickness to his game.
POISE:
Very calm in the pocket, able to pick up on coverage downfield. Shows good patience in the pocket, waiting for his receivers' break.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Works well with his offensive unit. Able to execute the play from beginning to end.
DECISION MAKING:
Camren does a nice job using all of his weapons, going from his primary target on down to secondary outlets. Works well in 7v7 play.
TOUCH:
Very good touch on the deeper routes, displaying tight trajectory with just enough air underneath.
