Threw for a 61% completion rate this past season. A strong armed QB with excellent range. He can hit from anywhere on the field. A dangerous vertical passing game, making throws well over coverage. Very good mobility for a QB of his size. He's quick on his feet. A long stride runner who can get through the secondary in a hurry. Runs a 4.75/40. Would like to see him sharpen up on his drop backs, eliminating additional steps. Well balanced stride on his roll outs, squaring up with his intended target. Locks in with his primary receiver with quick reads. Carson gets the ball off with a quick release. Displays confidence in his ability to get the ball to his receivers in one on one situations.
