ACCURACY:
Throws reach his receivers with good ball placement, anticipation and timing. Whether his throws are made at the short or long range, Carter doesn’t lose on accuracy. Tight trajectory at longer distances.
ARM STRENGTH:
A strong armed QB who can fire it in on a rope or lay it out on a fly route. His vertical passing game can’t go unnoticed. Throws made well beyond coverage.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. This gives his throws added height. His motion is smooth and consistent. Good footing prior to set up.
THROW ON RUN:
For a QB of his size, Carter's very athletic. Displays good mobility as he works to the outside, getting his feet in front and in-line with his target.
FOOTWORK:
A pocket passer who can also hurt a defense on the go. Very impressed with his mobility as a QB of his size. Runs with a long stride. Well balanced footwork on his dropbacks.
POISE:
His confidence level is way up there. Not afraid to make the big throws downfield. Plays with maturity and a good understanding of the game.

Display good agility and mobility. Able to step up in the pocket or roll out for added space.
DECISION MAKING:
Has a knack for working through his progressions with good judgment. He's gained strong confidence in his game by playing in 7v7 competition.
TOUCH:
I was very impressed in his ability to adjust the velocity of his throws. From his soft touches on the fade routes, to his laser strikes over the middle.
