Christian has good size for a 2028 Dual Threat QB at 5’11” 160 lbs. This QB has the "it" factor. Gets out of the box in a hurry with excellent footwork. Works well to open up additional passing lanes. He plays with a controlled aggressiveness while attacking the defense. A playmaker who can turn it up at any moment.
ACCURACY:
His throws include tight trajectory, getting the ball to receivers in a hurry. He puts it in for his receivers to make a play on it with good ball location. Picks up on his receivers routes with good anticipation and timing. Sound throwing mechanics.
ARM STRENGTH:
Very good arm strength on throws at the short and intermediate range. Gets the ball to his receivers in a hurry. Dangerous vertical passing game with bombs made over coverage.
RELEASE:
Christian has an over the top delivery with full arm extension. The ball gets out in a hurry with increased acceleration. Very good footwork prior to his set up.
THROW ON RUN:
Very difficult to contain in the pocket. Works best while on the go, seeking out big plays downfield. Very good vision downfield, locating a potential target.
FOOTWORK:
Christian displays excellent mobility within the pocket, moving quickly to avoid traffic while creating space for himself.
POISE:
He works well with his offensive unit, using all of his receivers. Displays very good patience in the pocket while waiting for a play to develop.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good feel for incoming pressure and reacts quickly while maintaining his focus on the play.
DECISION MAKING:
Very impressed in his ability to work so quickly out of the box, with excellent footwork and intelligence.
TOUCH:
Displays tight trajectory on his deep passes with just enough air underneath. Able to make the right adjustments on the angle and delivery of his passes at the short and intermediate range.
