SIZE:
Christopher has very good size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 6'1" 190 lbs. This QB is almost always right on the mark. He’s a quick hitting QB who gets the ball out in a hurry. Able to survey the field while in the pocket. Does a nice job making space for himself within the backfield.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers, showing good ball placement. Works well with his receivers as he waits patiently for their breaks. Good anticipation and timing. Threw for a 70% completion rate last season.
ARM STRENGTH:
Displays a strong delivery at short/intermediate range. Throws made of tight rotational spin. Good zip on the ball. He can spread the field with his deeper passes, up and over coverage.
RELEASE:
Christopher throws with a full extension, the ball comes from over the top with full extension. He gets the ball out in a hurry with a smooth throwing motion.
THROW ON RUN:
He does an excellent job getting to the outside and making a play downfield. Good body rotation along with strong forward momentum upon release.
FOOTWORK:
Displays very good mobility in all directions. Not classified as a Dual Threat but can dangerous out in the open field because of his athleticism.
POISE:
In full control of the offense, has a take charge mentality when on the field. Very good leadership skills on the field. Not easily distracted.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Christopher has a very good sense of the space around him. Able to work around traffic while still focusing on the play.
DECISION MAKING:
Makes throws of high percentage. Not afraid of making throws within tight coverage. It shows strong confidence in his ability to make the hard throws.
TOUCH:
Tight trajectory of his delivery with minimal variation. Throws a catchable ball with a soft release when needed.
