Connor has very good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 6’1” 185 lbs. Legit Dual Threat QB who can crush a defense in the air and on the ground. Virtually unstoppable. Led the state of New Jersey in total yards at 3,941 Yds. A tough running QB who’s takes on would-be tacklers.
ACCURACY:
His throws are made with sharp precision, hitting his targets in stride. Very good at following routes and anticipating location.
ARM STRENGTH:
Connor throws darts all over the field. He’s a sniper when targeting routes over the middle, hitting his receivers with high velocity throws. Able to extend the field with his deep passes, getting them over the top.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery, arm fully pulled back. Able to generate momentum and increased velocity through his arm motion. Very good footwork on his drop backs and set ups.
THROW ON RUN:
He’s very dangerous out in the open field. Able to get to the outside with good speed and mobility. Does a nice job turning it up as he squares up to his target.
FOOTWORK:
Connor's super athletic with quickness and elusiveness. Very difficult to contain in the backfield with good agility.
POISE:
He displays playmaking ability on the field. With his athleticism, he can improvise while on the go. Good awareness of pressure and the space around him. Very confident in his abilities as a QB.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good patience as he waits for his receivers' breaks. He works quickly out from the gate, locating his targets while delivering strikes.
DECISION MAKING:
Very decisive with his throws, displaying what I call controlled aggressiveness, attacking the defense with smart throws.
TOUCH:
He’s able to lower the velocity of his throws, creating a softer release when needed. Tight trajectory on his deep passes with just enough air underneath.
