SIZE:
Eian has excellent size for a 2023 Dual Threat QB at 6’2” 200 lbs. This QB's fun to watch on film. He works the entire backfield with very good laterally mobility. A playmaker with the ability to change the momentum of a game.
ACCURACY:
Very impressed with his ability to maintain control of his delivery, whether in the pocket or on the go. Good body rotation and fluid movement prior to set up.
ARM STRENGTH:
He gets good height and distance on his throws. With his long arm extension, he’s able to get the ball over coverage. Gives the defense minimal time to react on sharp shooter made in between coverage.
RELEASE:
Eian has an over the top delivery, along with an arm motion that’s fully extended. His release point is raised above, giving his throws extra lift.
THROW ON RUN:
An area of strength. He uses the entire field while getting to the outside with good vision. Displays good body rotation and feet placement as he squares up with his receivers.
FOOTWORK:
Excellent movement in all directions. He shows good agility as he works around traffic.
POISE:
Good patience as he waits for the play to develop. Not easily distracted by the pressure around him, thrives on chaos.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good awareness of pressure and well as the space around him. He’s perfected the roll out, able to hit at both ends. A tall presence in the backfield with good vision.
DECISION MAKING:
While on the go, Eian zones in on his best option receiver. A quick hitting QB who wastes little time connecting with his target.
TOUCH:
This is an area of skill for Eian. He does a nice job added a soft touch on throws made at intermediate and long range
