Elliott is an athletic wide receiver that excels on both sides of the ball. His best traits are his speed and elusiveness, he is able to make defenders miss in the open field and extend plays for big gains. He has good hands, with the ability to catch in traffic. His route running is good for his age, and he has a lot more time to train and get it more developed.
