Ethan has good size for a 2022 Dual Threat QB at 6’0” 175 lbs. He’s a quick hitting QB who gets the ball out quickly. Shows good toughness on the run, taking on would-be tacklers.
ACCURACY:
His throws are made with high percentage results, many of his passes are made at the short and intermediate range. His throws are in-line with his receivers.
ARM STRENGTH:
His throws include high velocity, getting through the secondary in a hurry. His offensive RTO scheme includes many short quick hitting plays. Legit deep threat passer with tight trajectory at long range.
RELEASE:
Throws with an over the top delivery, including a high release point. He displays good footwork as he works into his set up.
THROW ON RUN:
Displays good quickness and speed as he gets himself to the outside. Strong forward momentum on his throws as he zones in on his target.
FOOTWORK:
Good agility within the pocket, able to move in all directions, while creating additional space for himself.
POISE:
Able to pick up on the defensive pressure. Good feel for the space around him. Ethan's a confident QB who's not afraid to take chances.
POCKET PRESENCE:
He uses the entire backfield as his work area. Can sit in the pocket or take it to the outside, opening up additional passing lanes.
DECISION MAKING:
With most of his offensive plays including quick hitters, Ethan did a nice job locating his primary targets. With more game experience, he should be able to enhance his decision making skills.
TOUCH:
Another area a strength, able to add a soft touch at all levels.
