SIZE:
Glenn has very good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 6'2" 180 lbs. An athletic QB who works best while in motion. Skilled at making off-platform throws while on the move. A proven pocket passer who's able to settle in and deliver a strike. Does a nice job making space for himself within the backfield.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers, showing good ball placement. Works well with his receivers as he waits patiently for their breaks. Good anticipation and timing. He gives his receivers the ability to make a play on the ball.
ARM STRENGTH:
Displays a strong delivery on short and intermediate routes. Quick zip on the ball, including a tight spiral. He can spread the field with his deeper passes, well beyond coverage.
RELEASE:
Glenn delivers the ball with full extension, it comes from over the top. He gets the ball out in a hurry with a fluid throwing motion.Works best while adjusting the angle of delivery when space around him is restricted.
THROW ON RUN:
Very good lateral mobility as he works his way to the outside. Tight body rotation along with strong forward momentum.
FOOTWORK:
A crafty player who can create separation. Not classified as a Dual Threat but can take it into the heart of the defense with a burst of speed.
POISE:
In full control of the offense, has a take charge mentality. Very good leadership skills on the field. Not easily distracted.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Glenn has a good sense of the space around him. Able to get around traffic while keeping his eyes downfield.
DECISION MAKING:
Able to improvise while on the move. Always looking to make a big play downfield.
TOUCH:
Adds a nice touch along with tight trajectory on throws made at longer distances. Can work to add to his short game.
