Scouting Report

SIZE:
Grant has very good size for a 2026 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 198 lbs. A tall lengthy QB who'll continue to add bulk to his frame prior to entering the collegiate level. Stands tall in the pocket, firing darts into the secondary for his intended targets. Among the top '26 QB's in the country.
ACCURACY:
He gives his receivers the ability to make a play on the ball. His throws are made with a tight spiral, making for a very catchable ball. Good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes. Very consistent with his delivery, adding to his accuracy.
ARM STRENGTH:
This is not an issue for grant. High velocity throws get to his receivers in a hurry. The defense is left with no time to react. He can fire the ball into tight windows of space or let it fly over coverage.
RELEASE:
Grant has an over the top delivery. A fully extended arm motion, while getting the ball across quickly. Sound throwing mechanics which adds to his accuracy.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who can be dangerous out on the outside. Shows excellent vision downfield while on the run, connecting on big play opportunities.
FOOTWORK:
His steps are sharp and his movement is smooth.
POISE:
Extremely confident in his abilities as a QB. He controls the pace of a game and can turn it up at any moment, a playmaker.
DECISION MAKING:
Very decisive with his throws downfield, wasting very little time getting the ball off. Displays a calm aggressiveness while attacking the defense. Not afraid to take chances downfield, trusting in his receivers' ability to make a play.
TOUCH:
Skilled at adjusting the velocity of his delivery for a softer release when needed.
