His throws are in-line with his receivers routes with good ball placement. Good anticipation of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
He’s able to make all of the required throws with good velocity. His vertical game is solid, able to stretch the field with deep passes over the secondary.
RELEASE:
Grayson has an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. Adjusts the angle of his delivery when space around him is limited.
THROW ON RUN:
Displays good athleticism while getting to the outside. Able to square up with his receivers while hitting his targets on the go.
FOOTWORK:
Good mobility and quickness while on the run. Well balanced stride on his drop backs.
POISE:
Grayson's a proven winner who does a great job leading his offensive unit. A manger on the game who follows through with the play call.

Nice work avoiding incoming pressure, able to set up in the pocket, while creating space for himself.

This is an area of strength for Grayson, he’s able to work through his progressions, going from his primary to his secondary outlets. Very decisive with his throws.
