Good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes. Strong throws with sharp precision. Throws made in-line with his receivers with good ball placement.

His throws include high velocity, reaching his receivers in a hurry. Can stretch the field with strong throws made over coverage.

An over the top passer with a high release point. Hayden has a fully extended arm motion getting the ball up and over coverage. Solid footwork prior to set up.
