SIZE:
Indiana has excellent size for a 2023 Pro Style QB at 6’4” 190 lbs. He’s a tall presence in the backfield, able to oversee the entire field. A rhythmic passer who works out of a spread formation. Quick hitting throws throughout the field. Throws with an over the top release for add height to his delivery.
ACCURACY:
He’s very consistent with his delivery and footwork prior to set up. Does a nice job anticipating his receiver's breaks, connecting with them with good timing and placement.
ARM STRENGTH:
Indiana can hit on all areas of the field, with throws made with an accelerated delivery. Able to add high velocity throws within the secondary as well as serving as a deep threat passer.
RELEASE:
His throws come from over the top with a high release point, able to get past the line of scrimmage. Very good throwing mechanics with are consistent and rhythmic.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB with good mobility and agility in and around the pocket. Good quickness to the outside.
FOOTWORK:
Solid footwork in the pocket, able to side step the incoming pressure. Well balance and stride on his drop backs. He can work to add overall speed of his game.
POISE:
Shows confidence in his abilities as a QB, not afraid to take chances downfield, seeking out big play opportunities.
POCKET PRESENCE:
He does a nice job picking up on defensive pressure, able to step up when needed. Very calm under pressure, not fazed by the pressure around him.This QB knows how to locate his best option receiver on a given play. He does a nice job working through his progressions, with quick reads on initial targets.
TOUCH:
This is an area of strength for Indiana. He’s able to create a soft touch on passes made at the short and intermediate range by taking something off the velocity of his release
