SIZE:
Jack has very good size for a 2027 Pro Style QB at 6’2” 180 lbs. A pure pocket passer who sits tall, surveying the field for potential targets. Strong throws made at every level.
ACCURACY:
Good patience as he waits for an opportunity to strike. High percentage throws made over the the middle. Loses a bit while on the run. Good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
Jack's throws get to his receivers in a hurry, made with high velocity. Good zip on the ball into tight windows of space. His vertical game is legit with long throws extending over coverage.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery. His arm motion starts from way back, with increased momentum. He release is tight, allowing for the ball to get off quickly.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who can get to the outside with good mobility and speed. Displays very good vision downfield, squaring up with his intended target.
FOOTWORK:
Jack displays good mobility, well balanced stride on his drop backs and set ups. Not considered a running QB but can take it in for short yardage pickup.
POISE:
Calm under pressure, not fazed by the noise around him. A confident QB who’s super competitive and gives his all for the team.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good sense for the space around him. Able to feel incoming pressure. Most comfortable within the pocket, able to oversee the entire field.
DECISION MAKING:
This is an area of strength for Jack. Capable to work through his progressions, going from primary to secondary outlets.
TOUCH:
Nice touch in all areas of the field.
