Jacy has very good size for a 2021 QB at 6’2” 185 lbs. He throws the ball with a high release point, giving more height on delivery. Works well in the pocket with good agility for greater visibility. A very versatile athlete who can serve as a playmaker on the field.
Throws are in-line with his receivers routes with good ball placement. Good anticipation of his receivers routes. Does a nice job squaring up with his receivers.
He’s able to make all of the required throws with good velocity. His vertical game is solid, able to stretch the field with deep passes over the secondary. Strong momentum on his follow-through.
Jacy has an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion, creating a fully energized release. He does a nice job adjusting the angle of his delivery when space around him is limited.
Demonstrates very good athleticism while getting to the outside. Able to square up with his receivers, while hitting his targets on the go. Strong forward momentum on his delivery.
He’s a long stride running QB who can pick up yards in a hurry. Shows good mobility and balance while on the run.
Strong confidence in his abilities. A solid manger while on the field who follows through on play execution.He does a nice job avoiding incoming pressure, able to set up in the pocket, while creating space for himself.
This is an area of strength for Jacy, he’s able to work through his progressions, from his primary to his secondary outlets. Very decisive with his throws.
He’s able to ease off on the velocity of his short and intermediate throws, creating a softer release in certain passing situations.
