SIZE:
Jahari has very good size for a 2030 Dual Threat QB at 5'7" 120 lbs. He serves as the complete package, able to do all things on the field. Tall platform in the pocket. Tough running QB with good quickness. Adds extra height to his throws with a high release point.
ACCURACY:
Shows good precision on his passes while stationary in the pocket. Doesn’t lose much on accuracy while on the run. He does a nice job getting his steps down before he sets up for a pass. Would like to see a tighter rotational spin on the ball for added consistency.
ARM STRENGTH:
Shows off high velocity throws throughout the field. He can fire it into tight windows of space or let it fly on deeper routes. Many weapons in his arsenal.
RELEASE:
Jahari has an over the top release with a fully extended arm motion, gaining added momentum to his delivery. He’s able to adjust the angle of his delivery when space is limited and timing is imperative.
THROW ON RUN:
This is where he can be quite dangerous as a Dual Threat. He’s a very athletic QB who can take it in or hit a target while on the fly.
FOOTWORK:
He’s very quick out in the open field with a burst of speed. He works the entire field with good vision on the run.
POISE:
Jahari controls the tempo of the game, with the ability to turn it up at any moment.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good sense of the space around him. Good patience waiting for his target to appear.
DECISION MAKING:
A quick-thinking QB who wastes very little time getting the ball off. With more game experience, he'll add to working through his progressions.
TOUCH:
He’s a reactive QB, getting the ball out in a hurry but can work to slow things down for a softer delivery.
