James has very good size for a 2028 Pro Style QB at 6'1" 150 lbs. A rhythmic passer with sound throwing mechanics. A tall lengthy QB who''ll continue to add bulk onto his frame over time.

This is an area in which he excels. Able to connect with his receivers with throws that are in-line and catchable with tight rotational spin. Throws darts over the middle with good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
His vertical game is legit with bombs delivered over coverage.Tight trajectory.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery that comes across with a fully extended arm motion. Generates increased momentum throughout his delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
James is most comfortable in the pocket, but can also take it to the outside with solid footwork and mobility. His throws are made with precision, maintaining accuracy while on the run.
FOOTWORK:
Good agility in and around the pocket. Good lateral mobility as he works to create additional space for himself.
POISE:
Displays the maturity to lead his team downfield as well and the patience and calm needed to get through difficult circumstances.

He stands tall in the pocket while delivering strikes with quick initial reads.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB who’s able to locate his best option receiver. Doesn’t take many chances with dangerous throws into tight coverage. When he does, he makes sure that the ball gets there in a hurry with good ball placement.

Makes the right adjustments by adding extra mustard on high velocity throws or by taking something off for a soft toss.
