lbs. Delivers the ball with a tall platform, showing good patience in the pocket. Good agility within the pocket.
ACCURACY:
He displays very good accuracy at all levels. Remains consistent at longer distances and while on the go.
ARM STRENGTH:
He throws with a quick release, getting the ball to his receivers in a hurry. He’s got a solid vertical game, able to go long when the opportunity strikes.
RELEASE:
Jax's throws are made with an over the top delivery and a full arm extension. Very good feet placement prior to set up.
THROW ON RUN:
Jax is most comfortable within the pocket but can get to the outside when needed. He does a good job moving laterally, maintaining his focus downfield. Good body rotation and forward momentum upon release.
FOOTWORK:
He’s not considered a Dual Threat but can pick up yardage on short down situations.
POISE:
Jax a very confident QB, who’s continue to perfect his craft with more game experience. Good awareness of the space around him, demonstrating a calm under pressure.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This is where he's most comfortable. Sets up in a hurry, while showing good patience as he waits for the play to develop. Good awareness of pressure and using his internal clock to get the ball off on time.
DECISION MAKING:
Does a nice job picking up on his best option receiver. Works well through his progressions.Good pick up on his initial reads.
TOUCH:
Good touch at short and intermediate range. Tight trajectory at longer distances.
