SIZE
Jayden has good size for a 2026 Dual Threat QB at 5'10" 155 lbs. This QB's a field general. He leads his team with smarts and consistency. Not going to wow you but will make plays. Throws with a high release point, giving the ball added height.
ACCURACY:
Very impressed with his ability to throw with accuracy while on the run. His throws are in-line with his receivers, with tight spiral and rotation. Good ball placement.
ARM STRENGTH
Very good arm strength, able to reach all areas of the field with high velocity. Doesn’t lose much while on the run. Able to squeeze the ball in tight areas of space, while extending the field with long range throws.
RELEASE:
His throws are made with an over the top, fully extended arm motion. High release point, allowing for added height to his throws. Very sound throwing mechanics with consistency.
THROW ON RUN:
He shows good quickness and speed getting to the outside, serving as a Dual Threat, able to work in either direction, pass or run. Very good body rotation as he squares up evenly with target.
FOOTWORK:
Jayden shows very good footwork in the backfield, moving laterally with fluid movement. He’s very active in the pocket and shows good speed and quickness out in the open field.
POISE:
Jayden's in full control of the offense, with strong ability to lead his unit downfield. He’s very focused while fully executing the play. Controls the pace of the game.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very comfortable within the pocket, able to stand tall in the pocket while he surveys the field or take it to the outside. He does a nice job reading the defense while on the go.
DECISION MAKING:
This is an area of strength for Jayden. He's an intelligent QB who picks up on his initlal reads. A quick thinker while on the go. Sometimes throws the ball into tight coverage.
TOUCH
Makes throws at short and intermediate range, adding a softer touch on the ball when needed.
