“Be true to the game, because the game will be true to you. If you try to shortcut the game, then the game will shortcut you. If you put forth the effort, good things will be bestowed upon you. That’s truly about the game, and in some ways, that’s about life too.” – Michael Jordan

Scouting Report

Joshua has very good size for a 2023 Dual Threat QB at 6’1” 190 lbs. He's a playmaker on the field. A legit Dual Threat who works fluidly from a proven pocket passer. Attacks the defense with high percentage throws downfield.
He can hit on anywhere on the field. Whether it comes from on the run or in the pocket, he shows good accuracy. Very good throwing mechanics and consistency.
He can let it rip, making big throws at long range with tight trajectory. High velocity throws make with dart like precision.
An over the top delivery with an arm motion that comes from way back. Because of this, he’s able to gain added momentum upon release. Very good body mechanics and footing prior to set up.
Joshua’s able to get to the outside in a hurry, seeking out potential targets while getting there. Displays excellent mobility while on the go as he squares up with his intended target.
While on the run, he’s very difficult to contain once he breaks free. Good vision while on the run.
Joshua has a good feel of incoming pressure, able to move away from traffic. Good patience in the pocket, waiting for his receivers to complete their routes.
Very comfortable in the pocket whether setting up for deliver or shifting to the outside for a quick hitter. Able to step up in the pocket or move laterally when needed.
Joshua does a good job working through his progressions while on the fly. He’s an intelligent QB who takes advantage of what the defense gives him. Very decisive with his throws.
He’s skilled at taking something off the velocity of his throws when needed.
