Scouting Report

Kaeden has very good size for a 2020 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 195 lbs. Stands in the pocket with a tall platform. He shows good patience in the pocket, able to wait for the play to develop. Throws with a high release point, giving his throws added height.
His throws are in-line with his receivers, allowing for them to make a play on the ball. Very good at picking up the timing and anticipation of his receivers routes. Can work to be more consistent on his set ups which would improve his consistency.
He can turn it up a notch with increased acceleration throughout his delivery. His throws are made with increased velocity, getting to his receivers in a hurry. Solid vertical passing game able to extend the field. Would like to see tighter velocity on his deep passes.
A fully extended arm motion which comes out from over the top. A high release point, giving his passes added height.
Kaeden's most comfortable within the pocket but can also be quite effective out in the open field. He maintains the same velocity on his throws outside the pocket.
Displays very good agility within the pocket. Would like to see more consistency on his drop backs and set ups.
Very calm demeanor within the pocket as he works to assess the defensive coverage. He doesn’t let the outside noise take himself away from his game.
Kaeden’s calm under pressure while showing good vision downfield. Good awareness of the space around him, moving in and out of traffic, creating open passing lanes.
Able to work through his progressions, using every option available to him, as he goes from his primary down to his secondary outlets.
Very good touch on his throws that are made within zone coverage and well as on the deeper routes. He does a nice job adjusting the velocity of his throws.
