Scouting Report

SIZE:
Ken has excellent size for a 2020 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 195 lbs. He stands tall in the pocket, able to survey the field for potential targets. A long stride runner who can pick up chunks of yardage while on the run.
ACCURACY:
Ken can get the ball to any location on the field with aggressive throws that are made with precision. He’s able to maintain his accuracy whether its in the pocket or on a roll out. The key to his accuracy comes from his sound throwing mechanics along with his consistency.
ARM STRENGTH:
His arm strength is never a question. He fires lasers into the defensive secondary and can extend the field with his bombs downfield. Never losing the accuracy of his throws.An over the top delivery that comes across quickly with continued acceleration upon release. He does an excellent job getting set up and firing a rocket in all areas of the field.
THROW ON RUN:
Ken is a pure pocket passer, but shows excellent mobility getting to the outside and setting up. He shows very good vision downfield as he locks in with a receiver.
FOOTWORK:
Ken’s a very athletic QB who can escape pressure and picks up large amounts of yardage with his speed and quickness.
POISE:
He’s a very confident QB who’s skilled at every level. In control of the offensive unit as he leads them down the field. Very comfortable within the pocket, showing patience and poise.
POCKET PRESENCE:
He does a great job picking up on defensive pressure, able to step up and move across laterally.
DECISION MAKING:
He’s very skilled at reading defensive coverage and taking advantage of weaknesses. Very decisive with his throws, leaving the defenses little time to react.
TOUCH:
His throws include solid trajectory on the deep ball along with a soft release when needed at the short and intermediate range.
