SIZE:
Kendall has very good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 175 lbs. A mobile QB within the pocket, showing good lateral movement. A tall lengthy QB who should be able to add bulk to his frame over the next couple years.
ACCURACY:
He delivers a very catchable ball, one made with tight spiral. Showing good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes. Throws made in tight coverage results in reduced accuracy.
ARM STRENGTH:
Connects with his receivers in all areas of the field, showing good range and strength in arm. Strong delivery made at short and intermediate range along with throws made with tight trajectory vertically down the field.
RELEASE:
Works with an over the top delivery and full extension. He gets the ball out quickly with an accelerated arm motion.
THROW ON RUN:
Displays good quickness getting to the outside, while remaining focused downfield. Squares up with his intended target and delivers the ball with strong forward momentum.
FOOTWORK:
Solid footwork on his dropbacks as well as prior to setups. Good speed and quickness out in the open field with some elusiveness.
POISE
Kendall has the ability to lead his team downfield with a strong desire to compete. Not distracted by the noise around him.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very good at picking up on pressure while making space for himself while in the pocket. Able to step up in the pocket, or roll to either side as he surveys the field for potential targets.
DECISION MAKING:
Good patience as he waits for the play to develop. Can pick apart a defense with throws made over coverage or in open areas of the field.
TOUCH:
He’s able to make plays within the secondary that are made with a soft release and tight trajectory. Has a knack for finding gaps within coverage.
