SIZE:
Kendrick has excellent size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 6’2” 223 lbs. He’s able to see the entire field, standing in the pocket with a tall platform. With his size comes a strong arm, capable of extending the field.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers, displaying a tight spiral and catchable ball. Can work to lead his receivers with anticipation and timing.
ARM STRENGTH:
A strong throwing QB with sharp throws over the middle.Makes long throws downfield with ease, extending coverage.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery with fully extended arm motion. Can work to add a well balanced stride on his dropbacks.
THROW ON RUN:
As he continues to work on his footwork and speed, Kendrick will be able to add an outside passing game to his arsenal. Gets in line with his receivers.
FOOTWORK:
This will be an area of improvement. Could be useful with the ability to pick up yardage on short gain opportunities.
POISE:
Shows good patience while waiting for his receivers breaks. With more game experience he'll continue to gain confidence in his abilities.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Able to focus on the play, not easily distracted by the noise around him. Very durable within the pocket.
DECISION MAKING:
Able to assess coverage while connecting with his best option receiver.
TOUCH:
Has the ability of adding a soft touch on his throws by making the right adjustments on the velocity of his throws.
