Scouting Report

Khalib has excellent size for a 2022 Dual Threat QB at 6’2” 200 lbs. A tall presence in the backfield, able to survey the entire field with his height and vision. Able to get the ball up with good height, his follow through includes a fully extended release. He’s a beast while on the run, able to take on would-be tacklers with his strength.
Khalib’s throws are on target and in-line with his receivers. He nails it at the short and intermediate range with sharp passing. His deep passes can include a tighter trajectory while maintaining the same accuracy.
He’s able to fire in high velocity throws into tight windows of space or he can ease up for a softer delivery. Able to generate momentum with a full extension, giving his throws longer range.
Excellent mobility getting to the outside of the pocket. He has a quick first step and along his long stride, can get there in a hurry. Excellent vision downfield. Squares up nicely with his receivers with strong forward momentum.
A very athletic QB with his size can result in a very deadly combination. He displays very good quickness and speed while on the run, picking up chunks of yardage with his longer stride.
Khalib's an athletic QB who can dominate on the field. Very confident in his abilities as a Dual Threat QB, able to work as a proven pocket passer with the ability to take off at any moment.
Very good agility within the pocket. A good sense of the space around him with the ability to avoid traffic and improvise while on the run.
An intelligent QB who understands the game. He does an excellent job going through his progressions, working from his primary to secondary outlets.
An area of strength for Khalib, he works best when having to adjust the velocity of his throws. A sweet touch pass on fade routes and can also sneak one in between zone coverage.
