SIZE:
Kingston has excellent size for a 2025 Dual Threat QB at 6’3” 181 lbs. This QB has many weapons in his arsenal. He can hurt a defense on the run or in the air. Very athletic QB who can take over a game. The potential is there, needs additional work to sharpen up his skill set.
ACCURACY:
Gets the ball to his receivers with good anticipation and timing. WIll up his accuracy with a more consistent delivery.
ARM STRENGTH:
With his size comes strength. The ball is held way back, generating increased momentum throughout his delivery. Can work to tighten up on trajectory at longer distances.
RELEASE:
His delivery comes from over the top. Fully extended arm motion. He gets that ball way up on its release.
THROW ON RUN:
Very impressed with his ability to make plays while on the run. Very athletic QB who displays good speed and quickness getting to the outside.
FOOTWORK:
This QB likes to mix things up, always keeping his feet active. Very good speed and quickness out in the open field. Creates separation.
POISE:
He loves playing the game, very competitive. Would like to see him add patience to his game, waiting for the play to develop before taking off.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Works well within traffic as he seeks out open spaces.
DECISION MAKING:
Able to improvise while on the go. This is an area he'll continue to work on with more game experience.
TOUCH:
Capable of taking something off his throws, creating a softer delivery in certain passing situations.
