SIZE:
Kyle has very good size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 6’3” 185 lbs. Stands in the pocket with a tall platform, able to survey the field with excellent vision. A strong armed QB who can fire the ball just about anywhere on the field.
ACCURACY:
His throws include tight trajectory, getting the ball to receivers in a hurry. He puts it in for his receivers to make a play on it, with good ball location. Picks up on his receivers with good anticipation and timing of their routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
Kyle makes his throws seem so effortless. Very good arm strength on deep patterns and high velocity throws at the short and intermediate range. Gets the ball to his receivers in a hurry.
RELEASE:
Kyle throws the ball with an over the top delivery and a fully extended arm motion. The ball gets out in a hurry with increased acceleration throughout his arm motion. Very good footwork prior to his set up.
THROW ON RUN:
He’s most comfortable within the pocket but shows very good athleticism while out in the open field. Excellent vision downfield with the ability to locate a potential target.
FOOTWORK:
Kyle displays excellent mobility within the pocket, moving quickly to avoid traffic while creating space for himself.
POISE:
He works well with his offensive unit, using all of his receivers. Shows very good patience in the pocket while waiting for a play to develop.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This is an area of strength for Kyle. He has a great feel for incoming pressure and reacts quickly while maintaining his focus on the play.
DECISION MAKING:
Seeks out high percentage throws, connecting with his primary targets with strong throws. Displays good patience and vision downfield.
TOUCH:
Tight trajectory on his deep passes with just enough air underneath.
