SIZE:
Kyle has good size for a 2021 Pro Style QB at 6'1"’ 185 lbs. Gets out of the pocket in a hurry with quick hitters. He throws with a fully extended arm motion, giving the ball added height upon release. Strong delivery at the short/intermediate range.
ACCURACY:
When given the time and space around him, Kyle is very accurate. He works well within the pocket, able to survey the entire field.
ARM STRENGTH:
He’s able to make all of the throws required of him. Displaying throws made of high velocity within the secondary. He loses a bit of the velocity on the deeper routes, leaving extra air underneath the ball.
RELEASE:
Kyle throws with very high release point. He has an over the top delivery with a fully extended arm motion. Solid footwork prior to set up of delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
Kyle’s most comfortable in the pocket but can also venture out with his athletic ability and seek out potential targets.
FOOTWORK:
Solid footwork on his dropbacks and setups. He shows good agility in and out of the pocket, able to create added space. He does a very good job with his drop backs and set ups.
POISE:
Kyle's in full control of his offense. Very versatile, able to do just about anything on the field. Not afraid to take chances with his throws, especially in one-on-one situations.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This is where Kyle works best. He has a good feel of the traffic around him and able to create space for himself. Does a nice job picking up on hidden opportunities.
DECISION MAKING:
He does a nice job seeking out his primary target when open. Good initial read on the defense, connecting on quick hitters.
TOUCH:
His throws over the middle include a soft touch, getting the ball in between zone coverage.
