SIZE:
Landen has very good size for a 2027 Pro Style QB at 6'2" 165 lbs. A tall platform, able to survey the entire field. He plays with strong confidence in his game. Very good arm strength and vision downfield.
ACCURACY:
Landen's right on the mark with his throws. They come across with high velocity and sharp precision. Great instincts as he displays good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
He fires the ball with increased acceleration, getting the ball out in a hurry. Strong vertical passing game which is deadly to opposing defenses.
RELEASE:
Throws made from an over the top delivery. Strong forward momentum upon release.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who can be quite dangerous on the run. Landen has very good vision with the ability to work through his progressions while locating a target.
FOOTWORK:
Solid footwork on his dropbacks and set ups. He possess very good quickness of feet and speed. Can serve as a dual threat in certain play situations.
POISE:
Landen's very confident QB who can control the flow of the game with his playmaking abilities. He shows good patience in the backfield as he waits for his receivers to break on their routes.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Does a nice job working around traffic, creating additional space for himself. He’s very agile, able to swing in either direction. Good read on incoming pressure.
DECISION MAKING:
Plenty of 7v7 game experience this off-season which sharpened his skills as a decision maker.
TOUCH:
Landen can hit his targets with soft tosses on fade routes or fire it in tight windows of space.
