Landon has good size for a 2029 Dual Threat QB at 5'4" 125 lbs. Displays good vision downfield as he works to create added space for himself, opening up passing lanes. He's a playmaker, capable of turning nothing into something.
ACCURACY:
Sound throwing mechanics. His throws are in-line with his receivers, adding a tight spiral upon release. Displays good timing and ball placement as he leads his receivers while in stride.
ARM STRENGTH:
Strong throws made with high velocity at the short and intermediate range. Able to extend the field with throws made well over coverage.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery made with a full extension that comes across quickly. Increased momentum all the way through his delivery.
THROW ON RUN:
Good footwork and mobility as he gets to the outside. Squares up evenly with his intended target as he releases the ball with strong forward momentum.
FOOTWORK:
A very athletic QB with quick steps on his drop backs. Gets feet set prior to delivery. Good speed and quickness out in the open field.
POISE:
Landon plays with strong confidence in his abilities as a QB. A legit Dual Threat QB, working fluidly from the pocket to the outside.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very good agility and mobility in and around the pocket. Able to maintain his focus while working his way through traffic.
DECISION MAKING:
This will be an area of strength. He’s able to use the entire field as he hits his targets with decisive throws. Works well through progressions.
TOUCH:
Makes throws at all levels, adjusting the velocity of delivery if needed.
