SIZE
Nathan has very good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 5'9" 146 lbs. He sits in the pocket with a tall platform, able to assess the entire field for potential targets. A quick hitting QB, picking up on his initial targets.
ACCURACY:
When given the time and space, this QB's right on the mark. Gives his receivers a chance to make a play on the ball. Has shown improvement this off season in his footing prior to set up, adding to his accuracy.
ARM STRENGTH:
His throws are made with high velocity, connecting with his targets in between tight windows of space. Solid vertical passing game with throws made with tight trajectory.
RELEASE:
Nathan throws with an over the top delivery. Able to give his throws added height with fully extended arm motion. A three quarter delivery which is compact, allowing for the ball to get out quickly.
THROW ON RUN:
Most comfortable within the pocket but can get to the outside with good quickness. Very good at locating a potential target downfield while on the run:
FOOTWORK:
A quick first step with fluid movement throughout the pocket. Will continue to improve on his footwork, developing as a legit dual threat.
POISE:
Good awareness of the space around him.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This will be an area of improvement for Nathan. With more game experience he'll be able work smoothly in and around traffic. Displaying good patience, following the play all the way through.Very decisive with his throws, does a nice job getting the ball to his best option receivers.
TOUCH:
One of his best attributes. Able to ease off the velocity of his throws for an added touch. Tight trajectory at long range.
