Scouting Report

SIZE:
Nathan has good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 5’1” 98 lbs. He’s a rhythmic passer, getting the ball off in a hurry as he locates his primary target. Very good vision downfield, able to oversee the line of scrimmage. He’s a playmaker, able to pick up on defensive weaknesses.
ACCURACY:
This is an area of strength for Nathan, his throws are made with precision. Shows good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes. Threw for a 68% completion rate this past season. This was a result of proper body/feet positioning prior to set up.
ARM STRENGTH:
His throws within the secondary are made with good velocity, able to hit his targets in between tight windows of space. As he gains more strength, he’ll be able to deliver long range throws with a tighter trajectory.
RELEASE:
He throws with an over the top delivery. Able to give his throws added height with high release point. A fully extended arm motion, allowing for the ball to get out with accelerated momentum. Very good throwing mechanics with consistency.
THROW ON RUN:
Nathan’s most comfortable within the pocket but can get to the outside with good quickness. Very good at locating a potential target downfield while on the run.
FOOTWORK:
Gets out of the box in a hurry. Can work to improve on creating a more fluid motion on his drop backs. Very good feet placement prior to delivery.
POISE:
Good control of the offensive unit, able to lead team downfield. Shows good awareness of the space around him. Very confident in his abilities.
POCKET PRESENCE:Very aware of the space around him, able to open up additional passing lanes. Does a nice job following through on the play with good patience.
DECISION MAKING:
Nathan’s very decisive with his throws, does a nice job getting the ball to his best option receivers.
TOUCH:
Very good touch on all his throws. Able to ease off the velocity of his throws for an added touch. Will be able to create a tighter trajectory with more strength.
