Nick has very good size for a 2024 Pro Style QB at 6’2” 190 lbs. He works quickly and efficiently out of the set position. Attacks the defense at every level with strong throws of increased acceleration. Plays with strong confidence in his game. Excellent arm strength and good vision downfield.
ACCURACY:
Nick's right on the mark with his throws. They come across with high velocity and sharp precision. Great instincts as he displays good anticipation and timing of his receivers routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
He fires the ball with a flick of his wrist, getting the ball out in a hurry. High velocity throws that pierce a defense with laser-like speed. He owns a vertical passing game which is deadly to opposing defenses.
RELEASE:
A perfectly thrown ball made by an over the top delivery that comes across way back. Able to generate momentum throughout his arm motion.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who’s very dangerous on the run. Displays excellent vision, with the ability to work through his progressions quick reads.
FOOTWORK:
Excellent footwork on his drop backs and set ups. Quickness in step as he comes out of the box. Can serve as a running QB in certain play situations.
POISE:
Nick's a very confident QB who controls the flow of the game. Good patience in the backfield as he waits for his receivers to break on their routes.
POCKET PRESENCE:
He does a nice job working around traffic, creating additional space for himself. Very agile, able to swing all directions.
DECISION MAKING:
Skilled at working through his progressions. An intelligent QB who has a knack for finding big play opportunities downfield.
TOUCH:
Nick can hit his receivers with soft tosses on fade routes or fire it in tight windows of space. Very good at adjusting the velocity of his throws.
