SIZE:
Nate has excellent size for a 2021 Dual Threat QB at 6'3" 168 lbs. He stands in the pocket with a tall platform, showing good vision downfield. A quick moving QB for his size, long stride runner able to pick up chunks of yardage.
ACCURACY:
He shows good accuracy throughout the field. While on the run he does a great job lining up his body, squared up with his target. Very good anticipation and ball placement, up and away from defenders.
ARM STRENGTH:
Nate throws the ball with high velocity. He’s able to squeeze the ball in tight windows of space. Shows a solid vertical game, able to get it up and over the coverage.
THROW ON RUN:
He can be quite dangerous while out of the pocket. Shows good vision downfield while seeking out his potential targets. Strong forward momentum as he delivers the ball with added force.
FOOTWORK:
Displays very good mobility in and out of the pocket. He demonstrates bursts of speed and athleticism. Runs a 4.52/40, crazy speed for a player of his size.
POISE:
Confident in his abilities as a QB. Does a nice job leading his offensive unit downfield, serving as a pocket passer or dual threat when needed. Able to pick up on defensive pressure, sliding in either direction for relief.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Very agile within the pocket, creating additional passing lanes.
DECISION MAKING:
An intelligent QB, able to read the coverage as he chooses his best option play. His throws are made with good location, able to keep it up and away from defenders.
TOUCH:
He’s a strong throwing QB who delivers the deep ball with good trajectory but can also include a softer release at short range.
