SIZE:
Peyton has very good size for a 2027 Dual Threat QB at 6'0" 185 lbs. This QB stands out with his confidence, leadership and athleticism. Delivers the ball with a tall platform. Very durable in the pocket with toughness on the run. A strong armed QB who can fire it just about anywhere on the field.
ACCURACY:
His throws include tight trajectory, getting the ball to receivers in a hurry. He puts it in for his receivers to make a play on it, with good ball location. Picks up on his receivers with good anticipation and timing of their routes.
ARM STRENGTH:
High velocity throws at the short and intermediate range. Dangerous vertical passing game with long throws made downfield.
RELEASE:
Peyton throws the ball with an over the top delivery and a fully extended arm motion. The ball gets out in a hurry with increased acceleration throughout his follow through. Very good footwork prior to his set up.
THROW ON RUN:
This is where he works his best. Able to improvise while on the run. A legit dual threat who can hurt you in the air or on the ground.
FOOTWORK:
Peyton displays very good mobility within the pocket, moving quickly to avoid traffic while creating space for himself.
POISE:
He works well with his offensive unit, using all of his receivers. Shows very good patience in the pocket while waiting for a play to develop.
POCKET PRESENCE:
This is an area of strength. He has a great feel for pressure and reacts quickly while maintaining his focus on the play.
DECISION MAKING:
Impressed in his ability to work through his progressions. Good patience and vision downfield.
TOUCH:
Works well to adjust the velocity of his delivery for added touch. Tight trajectory at longer distances.
