SIZE:
Taylor has very good size for a 2025 Pro Style QB at 6’0” 195 lbs. A quick hitting QB who works out of a spread formation. Very durable QB who can withstand incoming pressure as he works within the pocket. He’s a pure pocket passer with good vision downfield.
ACCURACY:
Very accurate at short and intermediate range. Good anticipation of his receivers routes, demonstrating good timing and ball placement. Can work to tighten up on his delivery for added consistency.
ARM STRENGTH:
High velocity throws getting to his receivers in a hurry. Long throws made downfield with tight trajectory.
THROWS ON RUN:
Most comfortable within the pocket but can also work effectively while on the run. Good vision downfield with strong delivery.
FOOTWORK:
Able to work his way in and around traffic. Would like to see him improve on his speed and quickness in his game.
POISE:
A confident QB who wasted very little time getting the ball to his receivers. As a Freshman QB, he was able to lead his Varsity team as QB1.
POCKET PRESENCE:
A quick hitting QB who gets the ball off well before pressured.
DECISION MAKING:
Working out of a spread formation allows Taylor to generate quick reads. With 7v7 experience, he'll add to his game while working through his progressions.
TOUCH:
Tight trajectory on throws made downfield. Can work to add a softer delivery at short/intermediate range.
