Tristan has excellent size for a 2020 Pro Style QB at 6’1” 205 lbs. Good agility in the backfield, creates space to see the entire field. A strong running QB who takes on would be tacklers.
ACCURACY:
His throws are made with precision, getting to his receivers with good timing and ball placement. Doesn’t lose much accuracy on his deep throws.
ARM STRENGTH:
His throws are made with a compact release, getting the ball across in a hurry. High velocity throws that are made at the short and intermediate range. Very good vertical passing game which includes a tight trajectory.
RELEASE:
Tristan throws with an over the top delivery, that comes across with a compact arm motion. He’s fully extended with good ball positioning.
THROW ON RUN:
An athletic QB who gets out in a hurry to the outside with good vision downfield. Good rotation as he squares up.
FOOTWORK:
An athletic QB who can works in and around the pocket with good agility. Good speed and quickness on the run, displaying elusiveness. Solid footwork on drop backs.
POISE:
He shows good awareness of the defensive pressure, able to remain focused on the play. He displays good calm and patience in the pocket.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Does a nice job creating space for himself in the backfield, showing good mobility. He’s a blend between a pocket passer and dual threat, who can serve as a playmaker with his skills.
DECISION MAKING:
A quick hitting QB who seeks out his primary target with good judgment. He’s very decisive with his throws, getting them out in a hurry.
TOUCH:
He has the ability to make adjustments to the velocity of his throws, allowing for a softer toss. Very good touch on fade routes, and intermediate routes.
