Ty has very good size for a 2024 Dual Threat QB at 6’3” 200 lbs. He stands in the pocket with a tall platform, showing good vision downfield. A strong throwing QB who gets the ball across with increased momentum.
ACCURACY:
Ty continues to perfect his craft with throws made of sharp precision and timing. Squares up with his target. Very good ball placement, up and away from defenders.
ARM STRENGTH:
Ty delivers the ball with high velocity. He can squeeze the ball in tight windows of space. A solid vertical passing game, able to get it up and over coverage.
THROW ON RUN:
Displays good vision downfield while seeking out his potential targets. Strong forward momentum as he delivers the ball with added force.
FOOTWORK:
Very good mobility in and out of the pocket, creating added space.
POISE:
Ty is very confident in his abilities as a QB. He’s comfortable leading his offensive unit, serving as a Pocket Passer or Dual Threat. Does a nice job picking up on incoming pressure, able to slide in either direction for relief.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Works quickly out of the box getting the ball to his receiver in a hurry.
DECISION MAKING:
Ty's an intelligent QB, able to read coverage as he chooses his best option receiver. His throws are made with good placement, able to keep it up and away from defenders.
TOUCH:
He’s a strong throwing QB who delivers the deep ball with tight trajectory. Very good at delivering a softer release at the short and intermediate range.
