Will has good size for a 2026 Dual Threat QB at 6'0" 160 lbs. This QB continues to improve on his skills. He's a proven pocket passer with the increased ability to attack a defense outside. Throws with a higher release point, adding lift to his delivery.
ACCURACY:
His throws are in-line with his receivers. Works well with his receivers, leading them while still in stride. Remains consistent while on the run.
ARM STRENGTH:
Will displays good range with high velocity throws made at every level.
RELEASE:
An over the top delivery with full arm extension. This allows him to drive the ball up and over coverage.
THROW ON RUN:
Good mobility outside the pocket. Squares up evenly with his target, delivering throws made of accelerated momentum. Good quickness and speed en route.
FOOTWORK:
A quick first step as he works in all directions. Good speed at 4.81/40. Quick enough to be dangerous on the go.
POISE:
Very comfortable as a Dual Threat QB, working fluidly from a passer to a runner. With more game experience, he'll continue to gain confidence in his abilities.
POCKET PRESENCE:
Good feel of the space around him. He’s able to step up or move laterally if needed.
DECISION MAKING:
Once he sees an opening, he doesn’t hesitate connecting with his target. Very decisive. He’ll continue to improve on working through his progressions.
TOUCH
This is an area of strength for Will. Does a nice job creating a soft release, especially at short and intermediate range. Tight trajectory on his deeper thrown passes.
